The Ambassador garage uses a system that parking spaces are not designated by apartment. When you arrive, you can park in any parking space available. The concierge opens and closes the gate. If the doorman does not open, you just need to ring the bell, in case you are inside the garage. If your outside, you just need to briefly honk. In the garage there is a bike hike too. If you want to explore Curitiba by bike, which is a great idea, you can stay calm to keep your bike.

Next to the reception desk there is a luggage locker. You have to inform the concierge, if you want to use it. Inside the luggage keeper you can safely leave your suitcases in case you have some appointment and you cannot wait the check in or check out time. At the reception desk floor there are tables and chairs where you can use your notebook while you wait for the apartment to be cleaned.

Ambassador has three elevators, two social elevators and one service elevator. Social elevators do not have access to garages (S1 and S2). If you want to access the garages through social elevator, you need to go to the ground level (0) and use the stairs to access them. The Ambassador allows pets in social elevators.

At the Ambassador rooftop (16th floor) is located: a pool, sauna, steam room, gym and two observation decks. The pool is indoor, but it is not heated. The pool and sauna are always closed due to safety reasons. If you want to use them you need to ask for the keys at the reception desk and then return them. The decks have a beautiful view of Curitiba, especially of the Torre Panorâmica, so don’t forget to grab your camera and post on social media your photos. It is not allowed to smoke or consume any food or beverage on the 16th floor.


Do you want to wash your clothes? Are you hungry at dawn and every place is closed? The solution for both questions is at Ambasador first floor.
The laundry has a washing tank and a washing and dryer machine. The cost to use each of these machines is R$9,50, and you pay through a totem with credit or debit card. The washing machine does not have laundry detergent or fabric softener, you must have your own. The washing machine only works with liquid laundry detergent.
The market works 24/7 and has everything you need in an emergency. You can finish your buying process either by the totem or by the app.

The Ambassador Restaurant is located on the SL floor. It offers breakfast from 7am to 11 am. At lunch time the restaurant is open from 11:50 am to 2:30 pm, it uses “per kilogram” and all you can eat system. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
